Our Returns Policy

In Chains Motorcycles are pleased that you have decided to shop with us. We know that at times you may need to return items that are not correct, so below is our returns policy.

For Clothing

Clothing must be returned with the original packaging and invoice in a clean and unworn condition, and will be replaced with the correct size by return if in stock or as soon as possible.

If you are returning a faulty item please return it in a clean condition with the original invoice if possible or a date purchased. We will then endeavour to sort out the problem.

Parts

Parts ie: Sprockets if incorrect please draw around the correct one that is presently fitted and return the incorrect one to us with the drawing and as much information as possible. (wheels are some times changed).

Other parts please let us have as much information as possible when ordering to enable us to get the correct items.

Books and Videos

Please note, books and videos will not be exchanged if the original packaging has been opened.

Cancelling an item

If you have placed an order with us and have then changed your mind please let us know as soon as possible so that we do not dispatch.

Please be aware we are all human and can all make mistakes, if we have sent an item wrongly we apologise but will endeavour to correct our error as soon as possible..
